How do you roast your coffee beans?
We put extensive care into sourcing and researching coffees from the world’s top coffee growing regions. Using precise roasting technology, we roast each coffee in a way that best highlights its unique flavor profile while staying consistent batch to batch. Rather than focusing on light, medium, or dark roasts, we roast each coffee to honor the farmer and deliver the best possible cup.

Do you wholesale?
Absolutely, Goldenrod Coffee Roasters offers premium wholesale in Lexington, Ky and surrounding. Please contact us so we can set up a custom sample kit for you and your shop!
How fresh is too fresh?
Most coffees really shine between 5 and 20 days off roast, but when stored properly they’ll still brew a solid cup well beyond that window.
Every coffee needs a short resting period after roasting as natural CO₂ is released from the beans. Once this degassing settles, usually around five days post-roast the flavors open up and become more vibrant and expressive. It’s a one-way ticket to flavor town!
Can I subscribe to a coffee package?
We’re currently building a subscription designed to fit how you drink coffee. Members of the club will get access to special offerings you can only enjoy by being a subscriber, with fresh deliveries sent straight to your door every few weeks or monthly.
